I grew up a deeply curious person. I loved to read, and I have always documented my life in journals and pictures. Initially, I lacked a proper framework, and because of that, I lost most of my writing and pictures from my teenage years all the way through my early twenties. That loss forced a realisation: succeeding at documentation and sustaining it long-term requires purpose, structure, and a clear, reliable system.

My academic background is in Anthropology. From there, I focused on market research before moving into strategy. That evolution, combined with the lessons of corporate life, provided the exact systems and processes necessary to finally bring structure to my curious mind.
So, why are we here?
Over the past 10 years, I have journaled extensively for myself and my future grandkids. But my career in research and strategy taught me that rigorous documentation is equally critical in the professional world.
I learned quickly that great work can be lost in translation through complex, high-sounding nothings that simple language could have solved. I started this newsletter as my open diary to clear that fog and translate practical experience into simple, sharp insights.
That meant there was someone else I needed to write for. That is you.
The junior starting out, this serves as a place to see what awaits you on the road ahead.
The experienced professional, this is a source of fresh ideas and new perspectives to help you problem-solve better and maybe advance your career.
For the business owner, this is a toolkit to help you optimise operations, apply strategic insights, and execute growth strategies.
The stories, ideas, and opinions you will find here are entirely practical. They are based on the work I have completed in the past, the projects I am currently untangling, and the unconventional ideas that spark my interest.
