Hi, I’m Martin.



Throughout my 10-year career in research and strategy, I’ve found that the most effective strategies are often buried by jargon. I started Martin Today as a public notebook to step back, cut through the noise, and distil hard-won lessons from the field into clear thinking.
 

I write the kind of essays I wish landed in my own inbox: short enough to read with a coffee, sharp enough to change how you look at a problem the next day.
